Carley has been working with WORTH PT for a little over a year now, and in that time she has taken a severe back injury from debilitating pain to a distant memory. And if that weren't success enough, Carley has lost 50 pounds!!

I have struggled with my weight since middle school. I tried to eat healthy and find time to workout, but you gave me the knowledge and skills needed to finally make that change. I now have lost 40 pounds!! … and still counting.
In our time together, you challenged me to go further mentally and physically than I could have on my own. You showed me the importance of strength training, cardio, and eating healthy.
